How blessed we are to live in Oldfield!  We love the natural beauty with its stately oak trees, open spaces, many lakes and the beautiful Okatie River.  What a great setting for all the fun activities we enjoy.   Oldfield is marked by excellence in everything which causes us to constantly ask ourselves, “Is this real or is this paradise?”

Why did we pick Oldfield as our future destination?

As soon as we passed through the entrance and notice the surrounding white fencing, as well as the Spanish moss, we knew that Oldfield was for us.  There is a serene landscape and a blanket of tranquility that engulfs the entire property.  The low country housing is one of comfort and and classic style.  The amenites are an asset for our entire family.  Our girls, Sydney, 10 and Payton, 8, could easily pass the day at the Equestrian Center or jump into the "kid friendly" swimming pool.  Both of us take advantage of the sports club.  Our family enjoys walking or riding bikes throughout the winding roads and trails.   Michael enjoys the golf, and both girls like the driving range.  Of course, our entire family enjoys a bite at the River House or the Golf Clubhouse.  All of us enjoy going out on the Okatie looking for dolphins.
