We want you to become a part of the Oldfield family.  To that end, each time you sell a new home by The Providence Group in Lakeside Village or by Breckenridge Builders in Lake Arrowhead you will receive A FULL 3.5% COMMISSION.  For developer lot sales you will receive a full 5%.  

In addition to your full commission, you’ll receive A FREE 6 MONTH SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP at Oldfield.  This membership gives you full access and privileges to each amenity and function Oldfield offers with the exception of the golf course.

Further, you’ll also receive $1,000 IN OLDFIELD CLUB DOLLARS in your account day one!

Each subsequent sale of the aforementioned product or property will accrue additional 6 month extensions on your membership and $1,000 contributions to your account!

We are committed to working with outside brokers and Realtors.  To that end, we’re now using a patented technology from Agent Shield to make our website “Realtor Friendly”.  You can now use our website as a marketing tool while retaining full control of your lead.  This new service is FREE.

Agent Shield has free web tools, email tools, and widgets that make it super easy for real estate agents and brokers to market Oldfield both locally and around the world.

The New Realtor Resource Page

Oldfield has a pretty audacious goal – to become the most realtor friendly community in the Lowcountry!

We have a lot of work to do to accomplish that objective… but we see three key steps to that end.  First, we have to provide you with the necessary tools for you to conduct business effectively and efficiently in Oldfield.  Second, we have to provide you with the necessary access to introduce your clients to Oldfield’s authentic Lowcountry lifestyle.  Third, we must create a buying atmosphere for your prospects through the quality of our facilities, the helpfulness of our staff, and the warmth of our membership.

This Realtor Resource page is intended to provide you with many of the necessary tools to effectively and conveniently sell Oldfield real estate.  Rather than having to hunt down Club documents such as Covenants, ARB Guidelines, master plans, monthly newsleters, or contact lists… we’ll post them here.  If you’re unsure of the current membership rates or fees, you’ll find updated data here as well.  In short, this site is intended to serve as a one stop shop for any Community and Club related tool you might need.
